Guidelines (README)

The deadline for abstract submission was 25 May 2025, and it is free of charge.  Late abstracts will be accepted for a limited time, please submit any late submissions ASAP.
 
The submission of abstracts can only be done once you create and activate your account on the website here.
 
The abstracts should be sent in simple text format, containing up to 300 words, and it is limited to one abstract per speaker.    
 
A fee of 100 euros will be applied for the **event registration**. It will cover private bus transportation to/from the observatory, lunch costs and the social event.

All submissions are, a priori, to oral presentations. The possibility of presentations in poster format will be decided by the SOC and informed in due time.
